The Olivetti 4523MF A4 Copier multifunctional copiers can be configured for four additional (optional) paper feed trays for up to 2,600 sheets; the standard 1.5 GB memory can be expanded up to 3.5 GB, allowing for better performance in the case of multiple copies and prints or scans of complex documents.

The Data Security Kit is already built into the machine and can be activated with the installation of an optional storage device; it ensures that the data saved by the multifunction printers during processing are immediately deleted and overwritten once the process is complete.

Some of the main security features of this range include: an encryption method that improves email security; encryption certification validity checks; device function monitoring with detection of unauthorised activities, and greater security due to the TLS communication protocol.

The possibility to scan in colour or monochrome and send directly to USB, email recipients (scan-to-email), server folders (scan-to-FTP) or shared folders on a PC (scan-to-SMB), speeds up business processes and prevents unnecessary printing.

Multi-page documents are easy and fast to manage using the 75-sheet reversing automatic document feeder for the 45 ppm models and the 100-sheet Dual-Scan feeder for the 55 ppm model.
