Review: Received great service from MFP. The printers they sold us were exactly what we needed. When the technicians have to come onto site, which is very rarely because the machines are so reliable, they are always friendly and sort the issue out first time. Review: We were struggling with our telephone system for some time which a company installed 3 years ago. Continuous line and voice quality problems were our main problems but to no avail when logging faults with them. And then 2 gentlemen, Ross & Tyrone from MFP Office Automation Group, came to see us with a brilliant presentation. Review: I was in the process of asking for new quotes from different suppliers about a printer when out of the blue Jacques Smith called our office and spoke to me. I informed him that I was in the process of looking for a new printer to replace an old one. Jacques drove out to see me and explained the quite to me. Because I was desperate for a printer MFP Office Automation informed me that the would deliver a printer to my site within 48hours. The price, service and after sales service Jacques Smith presented was excellent.
